Inspection editors can easily customize pre-designed forms or create their own.
Inspection Requests.
One or more inspection requests can be quickly entered and updated by the client. The inspection editor attaches the proper forms to the request and then assigns the request to an inspector.
Multiple Sites per Request
An inspection request may have one or more sites, each with its own set of forms, attachments, and recommendations. All sites are compiled into one inspection report.
Inspection Attachments: Forms, Files, and Recommendations
Inspectors fill out forms and attach pictures, Microsoft Office documents, Adobe Acrobat files, and recommendations to each inspection site.
Automatic Invoicing
When an inspector indicates that an inspection is complete, an invoice is automatically created and placed in the inspection editor’s queue. When the inspection editor approves the inspection, an invoice is automatically created and placed in the client’s queue.
Information Security
When you sign up for an Agile Dragonfly installation, you will have your own secured databank. Furthermore, each type of user in your system (Client Rep., Editor, Inspector) will only have access to role-appropriate information.
Examples:
- Clients can only see their own inspections and inspectors will only see inspections assigned to them.
- Clients will see the total inspection cost, but not the cost breakdown between inspector and editor.
- Inspectors will set their fee, but will not see the total inspection cost.
